Tournament Rules & Conduct
Teams must field three players on the pitch with unlimited substitutions. Matches last 20 minutes with a running clock. Physical contact is limited; fouls result in free kicks. Respect towards referees and opponents is mandatory. Any unsportsmanlike behavior may lead to disqualification. All teams must check in 30 minutes before their first match.

What is the team size and player eligibility?
Each team must have three players on the field during matches. Teams are allowed up to six players. Substitutions are allowed during stoppages. Players must be meet the age requirements specified for their division per the 2025-2026 US Soccer Age Groups.

Matches last 24 minutes with two 12-minute halves and a short halftime break.
